We have an exchange policy whereby if the client informs us within 24 hrs, we will exchange the product only the shipping charges has to be bear by customer.
Shipping chares would be bear by us if the product is damaged and has to be exchanged.

As per our return policy, we will take the product back if found damaged from our side and for that unboxing video will be compulsory to be sent to us.

There will be no exchange and return on the product having discounts or offer and particular discount or offer would be informed in advance whenever will have it.

Once your information is in our possession we adhere to strict security guidelines, protecting it against unauthorized access.

All are products goes for quality check before it is dispatched but in rare case if it gets damaged then we will replace the product and will create pick up of that particular product from our side only and will replace after receiving the product. The price of our products is inclusive of the GST (goods and services tax).
Orders placed on a weekdays are despatched within 24 hours, orders which are placed on weekend are dispatched on the next working day .Please ensure that you complete your address details correctly when placing your order You will receive an email receipt when you complete the purchase process at thebetagirl.in. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third party delivery agencies and/or due to time required for statutory clearances during the delivery process. But we will make sure to deliver at the earliest. In the event we are unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) as mentioned hereinabove and the payment for such order(s) has been made by you through your credit/debit card, the amount paid by you while placing the order(s) on the Site will be reversed back in your card account within 7 days.
