We have an exchange policy whereby if the client informs us within 24 hrs, we will exchange the product only the shipping charges has to be bear by customer.
Shipping chares would be bear by us if the product is damaged and has to be exchanged.
As per our return policy, we will take the product back if found damaged from our side and for that unboxing video will be compulsory to be sent to us.

All are products goes for quality check before it is dispatched but in rare case if it gets damaged then we will replace the product and will create pick up of that particular product from our side only and will replace after receiving the product.
